Additional Cost Information

> Pinterest boards are welcomed! They give me a good feel for your character and the style you're going for. Characters that you would like me to design:$60 USD> Major changes requested at certain stages of the process (e.g. requesting for a different pose during the cleaned line art stage) will incur an additional charge. Price will depend based on the degree of the change.

If you want to commission me, you must read and accept the following terms of service:

The Important Stuff:

  • You must be 18+ if you wish to purchase a commission.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable with a request, if it breaks a rule, etc.

  • Commissions from me are for private, personal use. In no way are you allowed to use them for commercial purposes or for profit.

  • You are to not sell or use my art as an NFT or ask me to make anything related to NFTS.

  • You are to not ever use my art in any sort of AI tool.

  • If you don't want your commission uploaded on my social media please let me know.

  • You may upload your commissions online yourself, but please credit me if you do.

  • Visual references are preferred.

Credit

  • If shared or posted elsewhere on any site, there must be credit to me. Most, if not all, of my socials are as the below handle.

  • You are only allowed to use the work for show, sharing with others, in your OC's art list, PFP, and light referencing.

  • You cannot use my art for commercial use without permission.

  • Do not alter the piece in any way without my permission.

  • You are not to claim my work as your own or as another’s.

Payment

  • Commission prices are in USD only.

  • Commissions are paid through Paypal only, where I will issue an invoice.

  • Upfront payment is required before I start your commission.

  • Prices shown are base prices, I reserve the right to add an additional charge per the complexity of the commission.

  • During the process and after I have accepted your commission, there will be emails/DMs sent back to you confirming the details for said commission. This being all the details you want exactly, if there is anything else I need to know before starting, etc. This is to ensure if I am getting everything done correctly and to keep communication!

Refunds

  • Refunds must be talked about before the final sketch is finished.

  • No refunds once the sketch is sent. There are two sketches: the rough and final (where we can make alterations to the sketch and clean it up). You can request a refund up until I have sent the first sketch.

  • In the event that I may have to cancel your commission due to circumstances on my end, you will receive a full refund.

  • Should a chargeback be filed on anything I sell without previous discussion or my consent, I will fight the charge and you will lose all rights to the artwork, and you will also be heavily blacklisted.

Commissions

  • As stated before, it must be paid through PayPal invoice in USD only!

  • I will only email back the complete commission from the same account used to pay from (aka the email attached to your paypal). This is to prove you received it and that the payment was legit by you.

  • If the art has to be done by a specific day, you must let me know way before the date so I can plan more accordingly when working on it. Tell me this before I accept the commission.

  • I will not do commissions mocking other artist's styles.

  • If you want your commission to stay hidden and not posted publicly, let me know.

  • Contact me if you are looking for progress shots if I haven't provided them at that time. I will be more than happy to show you!

  • Whatever is listed as available for commissions, is what I will be doing only.

Will/Won't Draw

  • Will draw original characters. I specialize in dnd characters!

  • Fanart is for personal use only.

  • Simple or Landscape backgrounds are available at additional cost, with references provided.

  • Designing characters, props, or clothing is available for an additional charge.

  • I will not draw anything explicit. No porn, fetish art, gore, etc.

  • I will not draw ships I'm uncomfortable with.

Process

  • Suggestions or references for poses and facial expressions for your character are encouraged!

  • Progress stages (sketches, lines, rough colour blocking, final) of the artwork will be sent to you for approval.

  • I will email you a full resolution, un-watermarked version of your commission with and without background transparency to the email you paid the invoice with.

  • Deadlines vary. Commissions can take 2-8 weeks depending on complexity and scheduling, please let me know if you have a timeline or a 'need by' date for a special event so we can negotiate.
